These terms apply to every website plan provided by Spectro Web Solutions sp. z o.o. (“Spectro”, “we”) to its clients (“you”). Your proposal describes your specific plan, price and scope. Where the proposal and these terms differ, the proposal applies.
1.1. We design, build, host and maintain your website as described in your proposal, including the number of pages, languages, monthly edits and support channel of your plan.
1.2. A small edit is a change to existing content that takes up to about 30 minutes, such as updating text, replacing images, adding a testimonial or adding a tracking code. Monthly edits do not carry over. New pages beyond your plan, new sections, redesigns, automations, ad management and creating a new brand identity from scratch are separate projects, quoted before any work starts.
1.3. Each project includes two design directions to choose from and two rounds of revisions on the built site. Further rounds are quoted separately.
2.1. You provide the content we request (texts, photos, logo, testimonials and access details) and give feedback within a reasonable time. Timelines pause while we wait on you.
2.2. You confirm that you have the right to use all content you send us, and that it is accurate and lawful.
2.3. You give us access to your domain settings so we can connect your website. We will not change your email settings, so your email keeps working.
3.1. Plans are paid in advance, monthly or yearly, as stated in your proposal, through a secure payment link. We issue an invoice for every payment.
3.2. The service period starts on the date of your first payment. Plans renew automatically for the same period unless cancelled.
3.3. You can cancel at any time with 30 days notice before your next renewal date, by WhatsApp or email. The service continues until the end of the paid period.
3.4. If you cancel before launch, we refund your payment in full. After launch, payments for the current period are non-refundable.
3.5. If a payment fails, we send a reminder. If it is still unpaid 14 days after the due date, we may suspend the website until payment is received. Suspension does not delete your website or content.
3.6. We may change prices for future periods. We will tell you at least 30 days before the change applies, and you may cancel before it takes effect.
4.1. Your domain, your email and all content you provide (texts, photos, logo, brand) belong to you at all times.
4.2. While your plan is active, you may use the website’s design and code for your business. We keep the right to reuse general, non-branded components in other projects, and to show your website in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
4.3. If you leave after at least 12 months of paid service, we provide a full copy of your website (files and database) at no cost, so it can be hosted anywhere. Earlier exits are subject to the export terms in your proposal. We help transfer your domain settings to your new provider.
5.1. We keep your website online, secure and up to date, and make daily backups. We restore from backup if something goes wrong.
5.2. We aim for continuous availability but cannot guarantee zero downtime. Short interruptions may happen during maintenance or because of failures at our hosting providers, which we work to resolve as quickly as possible.
6.1. If your website collects personal data (for example, through a contact form), you are responsible for that data as its controller, and we process it only to provide the service, in line with the GDPR. We do not sell or use your visitors’ data for any other purpose.
6.2. A separate data processing agreement is available on request, and is provided for plans that handle orders, bookings or larger amounts of personal data.
7.1. We provide the service with care and professional skill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
7.2. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost sales or lost opportunities, for content you provide, or for failures of third-party services outside our control (such as domain registrars, email providers or payment processors).
8.1. You accept these terms and your proposal by making your first payment.
8.2. We may update these terms. Changes affecting your plan are communicated at least 30 days in advance and apply from your next renewal.
8.3. These terms are governed by Polish law.
